~EXCLUSIVE~ Club Penguin EPF Agents Working with Shadow Ninjas!

Hey guys its dj fanto i noticed something odd in the newspaper on club penguin i was looking close on this page and all of a sudden i saw a epf agent in the corner next to the ninja drawing then i thought huh.... why would there be an epf agent next to a ninja OF COURSE the black out that everyone says is gonna happen when the shadow ninjas come its true the ninjas must be working with epf!!! thats how we will stop herbert!
