Tips on Tracking Penguin Band and Cadence!

Hey Penguins! So I am going to give you some good tips on tracking Penguin Band and Cadence!

1. Always check foreign language Servers FIRST. There are much less of these servers than English servers so it will be easier to track them this way.
2. Try not to go on Safe Chat servers. I found that they don't go on much of these, if any at all.
3. Try going to a popular server and waiting in the specific room they appear in. (Penguin Band - Dock, or Backstage / Cadence - Casa Fiesta, Night Club, Lounge, or Rooftop)
